We use the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), grounded in an understanding of developmental trauma, to clarify what you are seeking in your life and where you might feel stuck in old patterns. NARM is dialogue- and inquiry-based, but sessions are tailored to your needs and may incorporate a variety of somatic and energy-based techniques to help you move through past trauma and the ways in which it shows up in your current experience. Please refer to our bios for further information about who we are and how we work.

How This Work is Unique
We focus less on old stories and more on understanding your real-time internal experience, in particular what does and does not support your sense of connection. This work is a collaborative process of discovery.
