I offer virtual tailored yoga lessons for individuals and small groups via Zoom, in which I emphasize breath and movement as tools of embodiment and healing on all levels. I am a certified Forrest Yoga teacher and have been practicing this powerful style of yoga since 2012. Forrest Yoga adapts traditional yoga practice to address modern challenges, such as neck tension, low back pain, depression and high levels of stress and anxiety. In addition, I incorporate knowledge from my extensive experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and remote Reiki practitioner based on your needs and goals. Whatever your yoga experience, my intent is to support you in your healing and growth – and to have fun along the way.
