We offer massage therapy sessions, Reiki sessions and sessions that combine both techniques. We also offer distant Reiki sessions, which you can read more about here. Our approach is to work slowly and mindfully, allowing both you and your practitioner the time and space to feel what is happening in your body and with your energy. Maintaining a steady breath, building body awareness and working to your “edge” but not beyond are prioritized.
You decide what your session will consist of, but if you’re not sure what you want or need, please contact us to discuss! Please note that each of our practitioners have different training and offerings, which you’ll want to be aware of when scheduling.
No matter what you choose, rest assured that your treatment will be tailored to your needs and preferences, which your practitioner will discuss with you at the beginning of your appointment. We set aside about 5 to 10 minutes both before and after your session time (a 60-minute session means 60 minutes on the table!) to listen, answer questions and discuss next steps.
