Trauma held as somatic memory often underlies the issues our clients report – from pain to anxiety to tension and beyond. As bodyworkers, we have a unique opportunity to propel our clients’ physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing forward if we approach them through a trauma informed lens. This workshop covers the anatomy of trauma and includes hands-on techniques and hands-on practice. You will also learn how to integrate a trauma informed approach into your entire practice while maintaining your own boundaries and longevity as a practitioner.
