Ashley is dedicated to natural and integrative health. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and has been practicing Reiki since 2015, with experience working on both humans and animals.

In addition, she is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She enjoys incorporating her knowledge of acupuncture points and channels into her sessions, as well as the traditional Chinese techniques of Gua sha, pneumatic cupping and ear seeds into her treatments.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys photography and spending time at the lake with her dog.
